Would RecommendWorks well with roofs already coated with Elastomeric. Using temporarily until I finally get a new roof installed.

Would Not RecommendI plan to return this product. It was my first time using this product and it shrunk and left a noticeable spot.

Crapola=buyer beware!
Would Not RecommendAs others said "Not Sandable". Although lettering is bolded, it is mixed in with other fine print. Says paintable but it wasn't after two weeks in the interior of our home at 68-70 F.

Our builder recommended this product to fix hairline cracks in the stucco. It was easy to apply, quick drying, and ready to paint by the time I made it around the four sides of the house. I used it on three homes in our development already.

Good product, ready carefully though
Would RecommendGood product if you need something that remains somewhat pliable. But if you will need to make sure it is completely flat when finished this is probably not your product of choice because it is not sandable.

Crack free
Would RecommendI use this to repair drywall cracks that form due to Weather extremes at a cottage in northern Indiana. Material has never cracked where I’ve used it.

NOT Sandable!
Would Not RecommendGot this to work on some persistent small cracks on interior walls only to find out (after applying & letting dry) that it is NOT sandable. The packaging doesn’t indicate this on the front & I think it should so that’s why I’m giving it only 2 stars. A much better choice for drywall seems to be the Dynaflex flexible AND sandable spackle.

Inconsistency
Would RecommendI am giving 3 stars because of the Inconsistency I experienced with this product. I have bought 2 containers of Elastopatch. I used it to fill in some rough patches in stucco. The 1st container worked perfect. Dried firm and sanded easily so i bought a 2nd. This time however when it dried the finished product was rubbery (the consistency of caulking) and not sandable at all. I used them both in exactly the same way on the same patch of stucco. I hope that it was just a bad batch or something bec...
