Painter's Putty

Product was very thick and hard to use. It was very difficult to spread and I wound up throwing it away.

Easy to use

Great product. Like putty, use your fingers to fill nail holes in trim.

Dried out worthless

I will be returning this product. It was dried out and unusable. My guess would be that they need a better seal on their lid.

Sticky, gooey mess

Maybe I got a bad batch. But it was impossible to roll into a ball with my hands. It was way too soft and sticky. It basically covered all my fingers and hands in goo. I've used painters putty before and know how to use it and know what consistency it should be. This stuff was not right.

The devils putty

I hate this stuff. I have used other putty’s before and this stuff is so frustrating to use. The consistency is heavy.. not lightweight like other products.. it sticks to your gloves/fingers and does not wash off easily. It is super hard to spread and not good for dents because it has a hard time even sticking to the wall. Like you literally spread it on and when you try to smooth it out it just falls off. Does the job

I used the painter's putty to fill some screw holes is a cabinet door that I converted into a tray. I painted and distressed it and it looks great now.

Use it correctly

All of the negative reviews are because people don't know how to use this stuff. If you are trying to use a putty knife and fill large holes this is the wrong product. I am in no way a professional. My husband put up mdf trim in my daughter's room and in our basement. We used this putty to fill the nail holes from the nail gun. Really easy to use if you do it correctly. Not for use with latex paint

This patch cannot be painted with latex paint. The oils bleed through the paint

Does the job

Needed it to patch up some walls. Dries raplidly. Easy to use

Does what it claims.

Nothing earth shattering, works as advertised.
