Would RecommendThis coffeemaker is awesome! I love the way it pours without spilling. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long time. It is very easy to work. It even beeps five times when it is through brewing. The design of the whole appliance looks expensive, even though it is not. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Like functionality of the programming of it's brew schedule, like the thermos that keeps brewed coffee warmed for other cups. Coffee taste is GREAT! Have not yet bought charcoal filter replacements, would have liked a second to be included and any wrapping it is in to remind me how often to replace it. Makes great coffee and easy to use
Would RecommendI received this coffee maker as a housewarming gift 16 years ago. When it started leaking leaking water out of the bottom of the reservoir, I bought myself this new one because it makes great coffee. It has a 2 quirks, that I am used to. 1. The lid can be tricky to put on and take off, for the newbie. Just use the "line up" arrows, that are hard to see on the black version. 2. Poor carafe design
the carafe is very poorly designed. There is an inner lip that makes pouring difficult. My old coffee maker had a removable water container that was easy to use. It is difficult to pour water in this coffee maker as the lid is in the way.
