Would RecommendThis is our third or forth programmable thermal coffeemaker. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long period of time without it getting strong. Not a good coffeepot.
I keep finding water on the counter from my coffee pot. It started out nice and quiet and now within a week of purchase makes a very loud noise when brewing.

Would RecommendIt does everything we expected. Our previous coffeemaker was the same exact model, and lasted us over 20 years! We appreciate the thermal carafe as it keeps the brewed coffee at the right temperature for hours without ruining the flavor, like the traditional glass pots with warmers.

Good but could be great with better design.
I question the design of the carafe. Difficult to pour the last little bit of coffee. Internal lip blocks pouring. I also question the water fill area. Small and no way to see water level while pouring without stopping to look at the level on the side.
