power failure

I bought this 5 months ago and went to make dinner this morning and it would not turn on at all. No power, i did the reset, like online suggested and didn't work. Im very disappointed in this. I do have a 5 qt programmable one i have had for like 7 years and never gave me issues. regretting upgrading to a bigger one.

Time saver

My little helper always. As an RN it’s hard to find the time to eat healthy and actually prepare the meals but this allows me to prep while I work and it makes my life easier!

Perfect for busy mom!

As a busy working mom this saves me! Throw some things in, go to work and dinner is ready when I get home! Size is also perfect for leftovers. Timer feature gives me one less thing to worry about too.

Easy to use!

This crockpot is the easiest to use! I made a lasagna soup and it was so easy to dump and not worry about dinner! the pot cooked this dish to perfection. Putting the correct settings was simple and easy.

Hot Garbage! Not a slow cooker

Not sure how Crock-Pot gets away with calling this a slow cooker. There's nothing slow about it, Using the low setting, a 3 lb, 4 in thick beef roast was up to 170 degrees after four hours. The whole point is to slow cook your meal. This thing is garbage!

Broken after 4 uses

Insert cracked and broken after 4 uses. 1 year warranty starts on the manufacturing date, which was over by the time I purchased it from the store.

This product is awful, every dish I’ve made in it has burned and was inedible. Taking it to the dump

Insert base broke off

I bought this Oct 2022, and the pot has completely broken all the way around.

I use this product all the time because i work in education, so i cook a lot for my kiddos and it definitely comes in handy. Its sturdy, wasy to clean and heats up quickly

Cracked less than a year into use.

I’ve had this less than a year and only use it a few times a month and it developed a huge crack today. No cold liquid, nothing I haven’t cooked before, and it developed a huge hairline crack all around the bottom. My last crock pot lasted18 years before the controls stopped working, this one less than a year. I’m super disappointed and upset that I now have to either get a replacement bowl, or an entirely new one. Thinking about trying a different brand of slow cooker after this.

Crock Broke After Little Use

Had the same issue that other reviewrs have mentioned. (Broken/cracked crock) Was making dinner, smelled like something was burning, walked into a huge mess on my kitchen counter. Crock must have the smallest crack that is hard to spot but allows for liquid to seep through. So disappointing as I had hardly used this crockpot and it was rather pricey. I would not purchase this one again despite loving the largev8 qt size.

No complaints

Great slow cooker. It’s huge and holds a lot. It seems like it can cook food faster than my old slow cooker did. Basic design, I enjoy that it doesn’t have the latches to carry it easier to clean.
