Touch "Lite" is an understatement
Would Not RecommendFor a "smart" thermostat the "Lite" model is a bit dumb. Not necessarily bad but very basic. Maybe sufficient if you HVAC setup rather bare-bones. Limited connectivity for this model so only real benefit is the scheduling options in the app. The Touch Lite supposedly has a humidity sensor, but unable to directly control a humidifier. Nor can it directly control for 2-stage systems. Idle display is either dim or full brightness, no gradient control. And omission of a separate "set to" temp displ...

Be careful. Your product may not be new
Would RecommendThis product was obviously returned by a previous customer. The batteries included were energizer (not generic usually included) and were scuffed and used. The drywall anchors included had drywall on them already. I installed and it seems to work fine but it really made me mad that lowes passed this off as new

EZ PZ Replacement
Would RecommendYour current t-stat must have a "C" wire. I was replacing the contractor installed, alarm company-managed thermostat so I knew I had this wire. Installation couldn't be any easier. Scan the QR code and follow the screen by screen (including a camera to take a picture of your existing wiring) instructions. If I didn't have to patch and paint the wall behind the aforementioned t-stat this job was done in 15 minutes. (Patch job is still a work in progress)
