It works great. Excellent value. There’s a free app that goes to. Personally, I’d rather it just work Alexa versus having to do one more app. For the size of the unit, the screen is a little bit small. I also wish the screen at the time on it. Hi there mate the unit is slightly smaller or the screen size large larger. I would buy this again. I would tell my friends to buy this one. People are certainly welcome to spend $50 more $100 more, but the end of the day it works fine, ...

2 stars because when it worked I liked it. I have went through 2 of these and both started acting crazy. It was turning the condenser on and not the blower, you could tap it and then the blower would turn on,no lose wires. Bought a Honeywell and havre no problems now. Customer service, well let's just say I can't rate them because I can't ever get in touch with them.
