Would RecommendI have to trust that this works. We had a pretty bad freeze for a few days. No pipes froze. Was it this product? No way to know. I bought two and they both went on easily. But one of them felt like it fell away from the wall a tiny little bit when I let go of the tightening strip. I tightened it up, let go, and it fell away ever so slightly. The other one stayed snug. But the product is cheap enough that it's silly not to buy it for whatever protection it offers.
