Brackets are for 16" shelves, not 16" long!

Would RecommendThis product comes with a NAIL rather than a screw. On both of these shelving pieces, I have had to redo them with screws. Both pieces fell off the back of the wall because the NAIL was not big enough to hold them.

Picture is misleading
Would Not RecommendWhen I ordered this the picture showed there were three support brackets. Actually, when you receive this item there is only one. I ordered what I thought were two sets and instead of the six I needed I just have two. You have to read the item specification to see that there is only one bracket included. This is very misleading even if you don't have poor eyesight as I do. Also, you do not get all of the accessories shown in the picture. You only get the nail and plastic sheath it sets in.
