Replacement parts
Would RecommendI used these to replace older, plastic parts. One evening the closet rack came crashing down and it looked like strain on the plastic ones just gave way. These are metal and feel far more secure than the ones on some other shelves. Plenty in this pack. Now just need to replace the others before they fail!

Delivered open package
Would Not RecommendOrdered online, picked up in store, when home opened and notice a small tear in plastic bag. Counted the metal clips and found one missing. Obviously whoever picked this order did not properly check to be sure bag was in tacked and not opened. Now must make a 12 mile return to return package and get a new package. I said rather than going through that I would ask for just a 10cent credit and was told NO. Poor customer service experience!
