Very effective!

Anytime the pool looks cloudy, one or two pounds will clear it right up! We have major issues with pollen and green algae, and this stuff is amazing with getting rid of it all! Highly recommended.

Outstanding Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Xtra Blue shock clears cloudiness in my pool better than any shock I have ever used. It also prevents the cloudiness from returning. My water is sparling and crystal clear. It looks better now than it has looked since it was first installed. Love the screw off top also.

My Pool's New Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this residence for nearly 2 years which came with an in ground pool on the west side of the house. The entire first year we had problems keeping algae under control using various shocks, algaecides, and chlorine tabs. Late last fall I bought the Clorox Pool & Spa Xtra Blue Shock and within my first 2 applications my water was crystal clear again. I'm never using anything else again.

Finally a shock product without the hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hated always having to find scissors to cut open the shock products. This simplifies that practice with an easy to use screw top bottle! No more fighting to get the product open and having to inhale the fumes in the process. I like the fact that the granules dissipate quickly as some previous brands sank to the bottom of the pool floor and ate away the lining. Great easy to use shock and works quickly!

A must have!

Immediately after I backwashed and rinsed I added this shock and minutes later it was blue again. Another reason I like this product is because it does more than your usual shock like fight algae. Great Product to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this once a week in our 12000 gallon above ground pool. Water stayed sparkling clear and we did not have issues with algae. For the past month we have had rain everyday and had to use an algaecide but that is more to do with our pool constantly overflowing and not being able to keep all the chemicals in the correct spot.

Simple Shock for your pool
