Not needed regularly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not need to use this product in the time that was required by this survey. I am giving it four stars because the product I did use had a strong smell and this one has the same smell so I'm assuming it would be a similar situation. I do like the packaging on all these products, the smell does not come through the plastic so you can store them in your house and it doesn't smell like you have spa chemicals in your house.

Works good, easy to use

It does reduce the foam, but I’ve noticed it doesn’t completely get rid of it, especially if the spa has been used a lot. You kind of have to use more than expected sometimes, so I feel like the bottle runs out quicker than I’d like. Could be better

However, I don’t think it seems to make a SIGNIFICANT difference, and for that reason might not repurchase on my own, which is why I gave it the stars I did
