This is a replacement
This model that I received as a replacement it appears they knew what the issues were with the other unit and made a new unit that did not have the same issues. So far so good!

Dissatisfied & disappointed
I was really excited to upgrade to this fully automated espresso machine but I've had the product for 1 week & now it's not working. The double shot portafilter seems to be clogged & doesn't brew espresso. When we use that piece the espresso doesn't come out.
