I had a basic espresso machine prior to making this purchase. The espresso brew is smooth and creamy. It makes delicious lattes, iced or hot. I love that the milk froths right into the drink. It makes an essential step in my morning routine much simpler and quicker. Love!

It is very difficult to clean. It requires a great deal of time. I find it's also not hot enough and I have to microwave the coffee after it's done and before drinking.

Pump not working.
The product looks nice but the pump doesn’t seem to be working. After cleaning the reservoirswith soapy water as directed I tried to run the clean cycle but no water came out. I think the pump is broken.
