I bought unscented not scented I have woman problems and can't use scented why would your unscented toilet paper be scented? This has been happening EVERY time I buy Charmin Brand! VERY DISAPPOINTING! I used to love this toilet paper. 😡

Dumb idea and deceptive marketing

Who ever came up with this idea is a moron. I've been using Charmin for decades and had no idea they intentionally made a sand paper version. This is a dumb idea and deceptive marketing. I'll be looking for a new brand.

The worst toilet paper ever

I have always bought Charmin strong. This time I didn't pay attention to the wrapping, which said "essential". I even asked my neighbor, what happened to Charmin. She said: I bet you bought "essential". Terrible toilet paper! How can anyone rate this a 5?

Best toilet paper

I like that this toilet paper isn’t extra thick and not too thin. It does not feel like cheap toilet paper. And it’s not too expensive

Hate it

I am an avid user of charmin too thin and rough. I bought it several months ago and opened up and thought I had bought a cheap brand by mistake! I had to look at the package again to make sure! It is charmin a 12 pack. I would never buy it again.

Charmin Essential Strong Mega

Charmin Essential Strong Mega Roll would get no stars if I could do it. No wonder the commercials say don't touch the charmin. This stuff is horrible! Strong? Definitely NOT. It tears the second you try to use it. 2 ply? Of what? Air? I have never been so disappointed in a product, but this stuff is a joke. I definitely don't recommend it unless you like a little butt with your wipe.

Worst toilet paper ever!

I bought this because it was less expensive than regular Charmin and it's true that "you get what you pay for!" This stuff is awful. It is so thin you can literally see through it. It's also scratchy and rough on skin. I'm going to throw the rest away and buy something else, so didn't end up saving money. Don't buy this! Can't believe Charmin makes this product. You are better off buying the store brands.

Essentials extra strong

We bought this a few months ago and opened it yesterday. It’s beyond horrible, neither of us can even believe you would make such a terrible product. It is so thin, you can read through it and you must have a lot of additional ingredients, as thin as it is, it’s like using sandpaper. We can’t find the receipt for us to take it back, but with other of your products being great, this isn’t even close to your standards.

Hard to believe that it has the name CHARMIN

I was walking down the paper goods aisle and a12=40 roll package of Charmin Essentials all by itself, apparently the rest of the block had been sold, caught my eye, never hurts to be sure you have Charmin TP, so I threw it in my cart. This was the worst TP I have ever used. many years ago I used to travel to Europe on business. The TP was like newspaper, this was almost as bad! I have used Charmin TP as long as I can remember and I am shocked the Charmin would even put it's name on this produc...

We all use it. We just don’t talk about it. Charming is thick and soft so you use less, it doesn’t leave lint behind, it is affordable and an all around good toilet paper. Never had any problems flushing it.

Wowser

I am absolutely stunned by this product and not in a good way. Charmin has been a reliable go to product for my family for years. The Charmin essentials is the worst name brand tissue I have ever used. So disappointed that I literally made it a point to let you know it is really bad, terrible. Charmin products are now questionable in my eyes.

I'm a long time Charmin lover. This new Charmin essential strong is absolutely the worst product Charmin has ever put on the market. It's thin, rough and horrible quality. Never have I ever been so disappointed in a Charmin product !!

Misleading

I can literally see through it. Nothing strong about it. Gas station tp is better.

Worst toilet paper EVER!

I thought somehow this paper was a mistake...like maybe your machinery accidentally made my favorite MEGA Soft with some cheap 1 ply off brand material! I was about to contact your customer service department to tell you about the mistake but then I happened to notice I had wrongly bought your Essentials line! This toilet paper is literally the thinnest, crispiest, yuckiest toilet paper I have ever used! Charmin WHAT WERE YOU THINKING! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Awful- thin- cheap paper

I have been buying Charmin for many years. I didn't know they had this as a "new" one. I might as well have been buying the cheapest toilet paper made. Just awful! Thin, full of mystery "holes". I will no longer be buying Charmin, just in case I end up with this one again.

This is the tp that we usually get. Its nothing special but it gets the job done without clogging the toilet or leaving you with a linty behind.
