I'm happy that I found this paper. The ultra soft is so soft that it leaves lint all over everything, and the strong is so strong that it is not good for toilets. This one is in the middle, and it is fine for our purposes.

big change, no notice
Would Not Recommenda couple of months ago i bought a package of Charmin Essential Mega Roll because it was 2 ply. about 3 weeks ago, i bought another package but noticed it was 1 ply. when i looked at the package, it said 1 ply, where the previous package said 2 ply. terribly disappointed that a major brand would make such a big change with not notice. guess greed wins out.

I’ve purchased Charmin tp consistently; however, with this product and the cost of the other product lines, you’re losing a customer. I know I’m only one person, but word-of-mouth goes far. Cheaper is definitely NOT better.

Would Not RecommendI bought a huge pack of this last week and it’s terrible. My husband asked why I didn’t buy Charmin and I said it is Charmin. It’s like using the cheap dollar store brand. Very disappointed. I’ll have to go back to the blue pack after this is gone…if we can make it through the pack. :(

Would Not RecommendI bought this “yellow” package of charmin because they didn’t have my usual “red” package thinking this would be the assume quality I’ve always expected with Charmin! This is absolutely the same quality of a generic brand. So thin and rough! Not soft at all! I will find another brand if I can’t find blue or red Charmin! This is awful! So disappointed in P&G
