Would RecommendChar-Broil instant read, digital thermometer works great, ideal for cooking any meat, temperature chart provided, to ensure accurate cooking of meats/steaks/thickness related. Insert digital thermometer into meat, verify temperature, continue cooking or remove to eat. I use mine every time I barbeque. I recommend this unit.

Good and dependable until recently...
Would RecommendGreat product. Easy to operate. Just recently changed the batteries and now it is stuck on Celsius. I've already flipped the switch and it stays on Celsius. Any recommendations?
