the produce brochure to install the gas stop needs to be a little more clear on the diagram, also the packaging for the produce could use some improvement . This would make it a five star rating

Grill and Kit

After waiting for store to convert to natural gas, and hauled it home. When I lit it, the flames were higher then the grates. The side burner was miss aligned and would not light. Then I had to take it back. I told the return clerk what was wrong and if they could fix it I would be happy to come back and get it. No one responded? I still need a grill.

Easy setup

Im not sure why others left negative reviews. Everything you need is in this kit. I was hesitant at first because the last time i bought this it did not come with the pins but came with different trim rings that limited rotation of the control knob and was labeled natural gas. Im glad i went ahead and bought it because the instructions were easy to follow and only took me about 15 minutes to complete.

Just what I needed!

I needed a new gas line to go from my supply line to my grill since a squirrel must have chewed through the existing line and caused a leak. While I only needed the gas line with the connectors on each end it seemed the only way I could purchase this was to buy the whole conversion kit for converting a grill from propane to natural gas. While this was more costly than just purchasing the supply line it saved me the trouble from going all over town or searching on line and it was fast, easy and ...

Neither the natural gas grill or this kit showed how to hook it up to the exterior house connection. The inside the grill part is not clear.

Overpriced and Poor Packaging Info

Add another 70 bucks or so to the cost of your grill, plus your time. You don't find out about gas supply pressure requirements without the manual. Not indicated on package. Nor is the gas line connection size from your house to the hose. You may have to go back for reducing fittings, and if your unlucky, a pressure regulator. A few lines of text on the package would fix the problem. Looks like a very overpriced kit for what you get, in my opinion.

Easy to install and works perfectly. Very pleased.

Not enough critical information

In most cases you should know that a certified installer of gas lines is needed, also the need for a $40 regulator should be used in most modern homes on NG to step down the pressure. A very small warning about this in the instructions. I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to get everything I needed. Had to call out the heat & Air guy twice. $$$ the job is quick when YOU HAVE everything.

Works, but missing key part

Kit showed up at store on time. Went to install and found the wrench that removes the propane restrictors was missing. This is a key piece. I fortunately had nut-drivers that I could use, but not many people have these and the restrictors are in a very inaccessible spot.

Love the natural gas conversion.

Will never run out of propane in my rural setting! Giving it a 4 because of the pain of connecting the 3/8 connector to my non-3/8 bib that was pre- installed.

Easy conversion kit

This kit was very easy to install. I takes less than a half hour to complete the conversion. The existing orifices came out easily with the tool. The hose is about 10' and provides enough slack for most installations.

Okay, first, the image showing up on this review doesn't look like what I purchased, which was Item #: 1510669 Model #: 8216842R04, a propane to natural gas conversion kit. Conversion Kit

Worked as proposed. Unfortunately none in stock at any of the Lowe's and had to be delivered/mailed. It also would be helpful to let you on the box and that you need a 3/8" adapter to connect to the conversion kit. Had to wait until kit received and then back to hardware store for correct size adapter.

Exactly what I needed to swap my CB Dua Fuel Commercial Infrared 2020 from propane to natural gas. Ignore the negative review from the other review. Likely an operator error. . . As the equipment installa exactly as expected.

What a JOKE!!

Don't waste your money!! Doesn't have the parts you will need for your set-up. Go to home depot much better product for your money
