I love the original so much that when it was time for a new one. We bought it again. My family refuses to eat chicken or turkey any other way.

Works great but hard to clean
Would RecommendI used the chicken leg rack and the legs cooked perfectly in about an hour. However, even though the rack was sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, trying to clean the rack after used was a bit tedious. Too bad the rack couldn't be made as "non-stick".

Was very skeptical it would outperform my old style turkey fryers but was pleasantly surprised at how the “Big Easy” performed! It did an excellent job on my 15lb turkey. I injected the bird with a jalapeño marinade. The meat was super-moist! Have been frying turkeys for 30+ yrs. I would recommend this product to all pros or amateurs! Thank you CharBroil for building an excellent product!
