Cheap build quality
Would Not RecommendPicked up the grill from Lowe’s after the assembly team put it together. Got it home and noticed the grill was crooked. The front caster welds were broken.

Heat Tents and Lighter tubes rusted out.
Would Not RecommendThe heat tents and lighters tubes rusted in less than 3 years. Attempted to use the two year extended warranty and rust and corrosion are not covered. Wouldn't recommend grill or extended warranty.
Why won't this thing get hot?
I have had several charbroil grills over the years, all excellent. Until this one. The reason I haven't complained before is half the time it would heat up very hot, and the rest of the time it would not. On two different tanks.

Order it assembled....generally at no cost.
Would RecommendI have been using Charbroil BBQs for years and years. This latest unit has several features that are improvements. First is the sear feature that quickly puts those lovely sear marks on the meat and seals in the juices. The second is the 'locking' temperature controls that have a positive tactal feel. On a less positive note is Charbroil's continued reduction in its warranty. Not a deal breaker but a sign of the times of making things less robust.
