Make sure you clean before using it for the first.
Would RecommendUsed it for the first time to grill salmon. I cleaned it off first and after that cooking was easy. Grill got hot fairly quickly and the salmon came off great.

Lowe’s customer service is atrocious. I have had the grill 2 Weeks and not been able to use it because the electronic igniter will not light the main burners Lowe’s keeps sending out replacement grills but they need to send a service call out to alight the burners. Root cause suspected that who ever is assembling them at the distribution center before delivery is at fault. Two grills same problem. Not assembled right. No help from customer service.
