Would RecommendThe folks at Lowes on Iverson Way in Charlotte NC could not have been more helpful in getting this grill to me. They are great people. Definitely shop them if you have an outdoor home need. I have a previous Tru Infrared grill and I love it. Takes a little practice but I bought this grill for the Tru Infrared.

Rusting after 3 months
Would Not RecommendBought this around 3 months ago. Was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews stating it rusted easily but figured since mine would be covered under a patio, I should be fine. I should have listened. It’s already rusting after just 3 months and it is under a covered patio and I clean it off weekly. Beyond disappointed as I figured it would at least last a few years. This likely won’t make it through the first year.
It takes2 people to remove from crate
It came completely assembled and is a dream to use.

Would Not Recommend7 MONTHS AND THE UNIT IS COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT AND FAILED. NO LONGER HEATS UP AND ALL ELECTRICAL IS DEAD.
