Better than I thought

Used grill for the first time on 4th of July was extremely pleased with the ease and how well it cooked. We entertained approximately 50 people and the cooking was a breeze

father's day/Christmas gift

absolute garbage for the money!! i grill minimum 3 days a week and my 100$ webber would hold up 7 times longer than this trash!! they changed manufacturer a year after buying this, I had it under cover and cleaned since day1!! rusted out piece of garbage!! went to buy replacement parts and because they changed manufacturers I couldn't order parts!! just ordered 5k worth of patio layout and this will NOT be part of it!!

Looks nice, works well

The grill completes my outdoor kitchen, so far so good. Put some rust Inhibitor on the securing screws to slow the corrosion.

Rusted after first rain.

Puchased 2022-03 Installed 2022-04 DFW area. Annual rain totals below normal. DFW is a low humidity environment. $3k+ on modular 5 burner and refrigerator. 6 weeks installed and noticed physical rust on the back. Opened a warranty case. Warranty case was denied by upper management (per support) with the statement that I need to purchase a grill cover. The owners manual does not state that anywhere. This is at least my third Charbroil grill and none previous rusted and were outside on my ...

Great Grill!

Used it 3 times the first week. Perfect steaks and hamburgers. No flare-ups whatsoever. It does require a little more cleaning after use but well worth the small effort for faster cooked, juicer and better tasting BBQ. I have only had for 2 weeks but so far, it has exceeded my expectations. Lowes delivery was on time, friendly and went out of their way to place it in just the right spot in our back patio.

Grill arrived heavily damaged.

Product arrived heavily damaged. After 6 phone conversations, we were able to obtain a refund, it would have been nice if something would have been offered for the trouble. Since nothing was done we ordered the grill elsewhere.
