Rusts and pits way to quickly

All my handle corners started to pit after 1 year and I was told 400+ $ to replace.

I expected longer life

I purchased an outdoor kitchen and installed in my home, in Orlando. I started noticing rust in the lower cabinets after only 2 years. The lights on the grill keep burning out. The lid assembly in the built in cooler totally rusted out. After 6 years I need to replace the infrared emitter and the cooking grates. The electronic ignition stopped working and the burners need replacement.

Great grill. Second purchase of this item for weekend cabin at the lake. Built well; cooks great. And comes fully assembled!

Great product but made from cheap material

I bought this grill 4 years ago and don’t do a whole lot of cooking on here. Now all of the internal gas tubes and the complete gas system has rusted out and the grill is no longer usable. For the price that you pay on this grill, you should get more than 4 low use years on this grill. I thought I was buying much better quality, but was fooled by the name…

Great grill with five burners

The grill is great. Plenty of room to cook. I put a Lodge 12" round griddle on burners 3 & 4 for searing steak and toasting buns. Perfect! Plenty of room to cook on burners 1 -3!

Like the barbecue but things you should know!

This barbecue takes a long time to heat up. I like it but I was surprised, called Charbroil and they said that was normal. I am doing natural gas so be sure to order the conversion kit. The specialists that helped me didn't do that because she didn't understand you would need to convert the bbq. When they deliver make sure they are careful. That they don't use the straps, the delivery people dented the back in 3 places, because of the straps. Reported that to my specialist at Lowe's also sent pi...

Quality construction

Rusty and not worth the money

Bought it 4 years ago, one year into it and it’s rusted. Between the rusted (Stainless steel), handles looking 30 years old and trying to keep black looking decent. I wish I had just gotten a custom outdoor kitchen. It’s not stainless steel, it’s rust and peels!

Handsome grille unit cooks plenty and fast

Large cooking area that does not allow flare ups - “infra-red” radiant heat cooks fast without flames charring food. Lighted knobs and inside lights helps cooking during the cooler evening hours too. Two large storage drawers can hold all your cooking tools, cast iron skillet and cleaning tools. Cleanup is easy to do after use. Even used a pizza oven accessory inside to more versatility. Online recipes are unique and tasty.
