Cooks great and I love not having flare-ups.

This is third grill with infra red and love it. The placement of the propane attachment hose needs to be longer so you can read the amount of propane left in tank.

Awesome

Took about 2 to 3 hours to put together by myself. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Have used it 3 times so far and definitely plan to cook on it almost daily. Burn in and seasoning went well for both the grill & griddle. Broke it in during the Superbowl for steak, chicken, salmon, oysters, glizzies and it did amazing. Doesn't come with Natural Gas setup ready

Don't understand the reason for paying double price for this Natural Gas grill compared with the Propane type grill and it came with Propane hook up only. Ended up buying a NG gas conversion kit and also needed a plumber for conversion and installation.

Assembly was incomplete

Took 1 hour to diagnose that a battery was missing. Two wires were not connected and one wire was not connected to the terminal correctly.

I can't breathe.

The product puts out an enormous amount of smoke (and that is part of the intent in the design). I nearly smoked out my neighbors. Completely unusable. It should say in the descriptions, that this smoke is part of the cooking method of these infrared grills.

So far so good. We like having the option to grill and use griddle all at same time

Grill grates

Grill grates do not fit in the grate brackets. They appear to be to small and slide around when you are moving your grilling food. It is a major problem when cleaning the grates. They slam back and forth, "loudly", as you use a scrubbing brush to clean the grates. Horrible design. Drip pan is small.

Sticker hassle

Delivered on time. But had 4 big stickers. 3 came off in one piece. The last took an hour of finger nail scraping and goo gone. Literally an hour.

BBQ

This BBQ is the ideal size for my family of 5. There is enough room for potatoes, meat, and vegetables to cook. The heat cooks evenly. The underneath cabinet holds my extra vegetable trays. I love the black finish.
