5th battery

When assembling there is a fifth battery, it goes into the ignition box where the wires go. It goes the part with the cap. The manual sucked, it didn't show this. 3 hours to put together. Otherwise when It was on sale, it was a great grill for the price.

Works like a charm

very sturdy and well-built - cooking options - my other charbroil lasted over 20 years; hopefully this one does too!

Wonderful, if you have a lighter

Pro: This thing is heavy/built well, beautiful, has interior light for storage, and is easy to use. Cons: Lighter only worked the first time... can't get it working now. It's not as good as my previous Char-Broil grill (Tru-Infrared).

Easy Grilling.

Absolutely love this grill with the infrared cooking grates. No flare ups and cooks very evenly across all the grates. This is my 3rd Commercial Series with the infrared burners.

A great grill

The grill itself works great! Love the infrared burners. I did not like that it was dented when I picked it up and realized it was missing the drip tray and the griddle was rusted when I got home. I did get a discount for the dents so that made it a little better. But the missing and rusted parts??? Come on Lowe’s, this wasn’t a cheap grill….do better.

This grill is a gorgeous new addition to our grill Collection! It does everything!! Gas, charcoal, burner, 15 steaks at once? Sure! It easily cooks for our family of 5 all at one time!

Great BBQ griddle drain needs to be moved

Love that it has a griddle with it. The problem is the drain for the griddle is poorly placed over an opening to the bottom of the BBQ.
