User friendly, nice quality videos

Great MyQ product addition

Easy to install and use and it looks great plus good quality feel. The option for face recognition is also a nice touch. I am liking it and will consider other MyQ equipment.

Waste of time!!!

Agreed to purchase TWO Chamberlain Garage Lifts. Used Lowes credit card to pay 9-11-2025. The rep Darius said it would be at the store for pickup in a week or less. drove to the store 9-18-2025 to be told that only 2 keypads were there and 1 open box store lift. I declined to accept a display open box lift and the service person said for me to take the 2 keypads and she would reorder 2 new lifts?? Wow!! Terrible app vendor lock-in beware

Security camera requires you to use their awful myQ mobile app. Online reviews indicate the battery life is a low as two weeks. Received this product as a promotion when buying the Chamberlain opener, but Lowes would not allow any exchanges for the keypad without the video camera. TERRIBLE!

Peace of Mind

An added security to my household. I just need to add a mesh wi-fi extender because the signal is too weak. But overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Easy going to install!

Was simple to install. While I have the phone app it’s nice to know that I can go outside and open the garage door without my phone.

Not So Great

Nice package & build quality. Battery life pretty good. Notifications do not work well. Signal level is much lower than comparable devices at similar distance from Wi-Fi. Antenna design is poor. I'll be going back to my standard garage door opener. The concept is good for this, but the execution is poor. Gonna toss it.

Great camera and easy to use. Clear pictures/videos. Starts recording when there is movement near by.

A Worthy Upgrade

A fantastic addition to any smart home. Excellent picture quality. Works seamlessly with any existing MyQ installation. I recommend at least having a MyQ garage door opener before adding this.

Do not use lowes install services

Installer did not install all the pieces. I had to do the sensors and the keypad. He also did not take the old garage opener with him.

Smart garage door opener

Very clear view, works well with garage door so far. The voice volume is terrible though. You can only hear out of the speaker if you’re 2-3 feet away.
