Wow. Another disappointed load from the dishwasher!! Why did you discontinue cascade complete WITH Chlorox?? Tried every cascade dishwasher product, and NONE touch the coffee stain in my mugs!! Soon, I'll be choosing the cheapest on the market and adding my own bleach at the beginning of the cycle. You had a great product, but the R&D department sure screwed up!

strong smell sticks

Strong smell sticks to dishes and I can even taste it in my coffee cup. Bought large 115 pacs but won't use it. Will try second rince !

My dishes are still dirty!

My dishes are always dirty I end up hand washing them after each cycle. I even rinse them off before putting them in to the dishwasher. I put the pod on the compartment and then there will be times I throw it in either way my dishes still come out dirty. I will be switching pod brands.

Left dishes cloudy and gross looking

We used the Cascade dishwasher cleaner. Ran it in an empty dishwasher per the instructions. Then we ran the dishwasher with a load of dishes. All the pllastic storage containers came out cloudy. This has never happened before, so I don’t think this is a case of hard water. We ran a second cleansing pack in an empty dishwasher and followed the instructions. The next load of dishes we ran came out cloudy again. Now we are handwashing everything to be safe. Thank you for wasting our money and time....

AVOID!

This product leaves a terrible fragrance in your dishwasher that permeates your dishes, especially drinkware. I used one pack on an empty dishwasher as directed and immediately noticed the smell when I opened the dishwasher. I ran three additional cycles on my empty dishwasher and the smell remains. I am now a full week following the cleaning and am forced to rewash drinkware by hand because the smell permeates, and you can taste it. It is not only with plasticware, but all my drinkware was...

Just ok

I had really high hopes for this product. I wanted it to really clean the dishwasher. There are parts that are much shiner and the smell of the dishwasher is much nicer however you can see both the before and after of the sides of the dishwasher to see that there is not much of a difference. I will have to clean that part by hand. The packaging was easy to open. But other than making it smell better it was just average

“Pod” not dissolved and creates more blocking in f

Although I think this product does help maintain a fresh dishwasher, I’m not sure why the “pod” does not break down completely during the cycle. Directions never say you have to use heated dry setting, so that may be why ( I did not use heated dry setting)

Missing the original

What happened to cascade original? I never had a problem with it. With cascade complete, (completely useless) I have to rinse my dishes, run them through the dishwasher (with cascade complete) and then hand wash some of them. I rarely ever had to do that with cascade original. I have looked all over for the original and can't find it. Are you not still making it? Please let me know so I can stop looking if you are not and try and find another brand that cleans worth a ****. Sorry but I miss the...

Cascade is Destroying my Vintage Drinking Glasses

Cascade is destroying my vintage drinking glasses. It leaves a white residue on all of my antique glasses. Vinegar does not remove it. Supposedly, the CHEMICALS in Cascade cling to food and drink residue on glasses, but it you wash a glass that has only had water in it, it destroys the glass by leaving a chemical residue on it. I have a whole house water softener, so it is not due to hard water.

I like and use the product but the advertising is rude and suggestive…you could do better. We mute it when it is played. Very disappointed!

Awful, awful fragrance

Doesn't matter to me how well this product does, or doesn't, clean the dishwasher. Now on the 4th run of dishwasher after using one tablet, trying to rid the overwhelming fragrance scent from the machine. New dishwasher (less than 6 months old), and have a sink full of dishes waiting to be washed. Have read the scent transfers to clean dishes. Cascade Dishwasher Cleanet !

Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner effectiveness is very good . Mild Scent Value is a little pricey but worth it. Packaging is standard cardboard box with product in envelopes . Environmentally friendly is up for grabs. My dishwasher needs cleaning due to hard water. Product helps get rid of limescale and grease Better Odor. Use on empty dishwasher. I found using once a month is helpful.

Lingering scent

This cleaner leaves a strong lingering scent. Smells horrible even three wash cycles later!

Don't buy!

Can't stand the strong smell! Have run the dishwasher several times and the house still stinks. From reading other reviews I see that this is an ongoing complaint with the same platitudes as a response. But no changes have been made in the product.

Sparkly clean

Did a great job at cleaning out my dishwasher and getting rid of bad smells. Packaging has all the instructions and it's easy to follow. Just use once a month to keep up with cleanliness.

Affordable

Cleans the dishwasher great. 3 for 5 is an excellent price. The amazing smells not only make the dishwasher smell fabulous but the kitchen too!!

The smell is too much

I think these work fine, but the smell is overpowering. It smells up the whole floor of the house. I won't buy them again. I see I'm not the only one complaining, so maybe take the hint, Procter and Gamble. Make these free & clear and more people would buy them.
