Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this dishwasher cleaner twice now over the last month or so. It really does make a difference that I can see. I love the fresh scent of it as well. It's good knowing that you're cleaning the machine that's supposed to clean your dishes! Grest product!

Super fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bosch dishwasher for four years and never washed it. My water supply is well water with lots of minerals. One wash with the Cascade cleaner and it's like a new machine. It worked so well I used it in my 15 year old front loading clothes washer and it cleaned it as if it was new. Excellent product!

Dishwasher is Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is only about a year old, so I’m not sure how much I really needed this, but the inside of my dishwasher is nice, shiny and looks new. We have hard water, so I’m hoping this removed any hard water deposits that may have formed already. I plan on using this periodically to keep it looking new.

Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite surprised for well this product works. The dishwasher was left sparkling and smelling great. Will be using it frequently between washes to keep the washer in good shape. Use it the same way that you would use regular pods or detergent.

Washer cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the cascade washer cleaner for the first time ever last week. I didn’t even know there was such a thing. I use cascade when I wash my dishes so I knew this was a brand I trusted. It was super easy to use. The instructions are made simple so anyone will know how to use it. I’m happy that I used this product. My dishwasher was looking and smelled a little yucky. Now, it’s like a new dishwasher! Yay!

Left a residue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cascade dishwasher cleaner in fresh scent worked okay but ended up leaving a chalky residue on my dishes. It could have been because of my water but I still used a dishwasher booster. I still recommend trying this but it may not work for everyone.

Nice clean drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually clean my drain with fresh slices of lemon and vinegar, which works great but doesn’t always last. These drain cleaning pods made my drain smell so much better and I feel like it lasted longer than my homemade stuff.

Fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product really went to work in my dishwasher. I have 3 kids who forget to rinse their plates before loading most of the time and it really helped to remove all the built up gunk on the bottom and the sides. Also, smells great!

Wonderful product!

Not only was there a visible difference in the amount of grime in our dishwasher (a lot less!) but it also smelled wonderfully! The dishwasher smelled fresh and the fresh scent was also in our kitchen.

Smells great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had not tried this dishwasher cleaner before and I was so surprised at how well it cleaned and the bonus was when opened the dishwasher after the musty lingering smell I have not been able to get rid of was totally gone but without a strong chemical smell it was pleasant and actually lasts for a bit even after using the dishwasher but it will be my go to cleaner from now on

Dishwasher is clean and fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a newer dishwasher, so didn't think I'd need a cleaner yet, but as the manufacturing smell wasn't dissipating, I decided to give the Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Cleaner a try. I appreciate the cleanliness of the dishwasher (although wasn't terribly dirty to begin with (still new), but can still see a difference) and it doesn't seem to have that odor as bad now. The cleaner left a better/fresher smell.

Average dishwasher Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cascade dishwasher cleaner worked ok. After using two packs of the included three, it seemed to clean the inside and make it smell good, but it didn't really break down the limescale and detergent buildup that it claimed it would remove.

Does not clean thoroughly

Seems to work as expected

Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fresh Scent Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner is super easy to use, especially for monthly maintenance. It comes in individual packs that you just open, and pop in to the soap opening/dispenser on your dishwasher and then run your machine. I was a bit skeptical as we have pretty hard water, but after the first use the dishwasher sparkled and smelled, well, fresh. Smells great

We have a bunch of soap residue and was hoping that it would be removed. After the first run, it has not gone away. To be honest, there might be too much residue. We will definitely use it again next month !
