Great Carpet Cleaning Solution

Purchased for a spot that was badly stained...this two step process is better than anything I have tried. This product has a pre-treat solution that you spray on and follow up with the dry cleaner. Very simple to use and easy to apply. Worth the money.

Works very well

I've used Capture for many years with great success. One key to ensuring the best cleaning possible is to use the Capture Pre-Mist Treatment and Stain Remover. That will improve the results on tough stains. With that said there is a white "dust" residue that will vacuum up assuming your vacuum is working properly. However there are some stains that will never come out regardless of the method used - steam cleaning, etc... Urine stains on a light carpet will NEVER come out!

Deep cleaning!!!!! No way!!!!!!!!

It’s advertises “Deep Cleans Large Areas and Rooms.....”. I can assure you, following the directions to a “T” it did not deep clean anything. Spend the money on renting a steam carpet cleaner or contract a service to do it. This product was great at doing one thing, wasting my time.

Brand new cream color carpet. I over watered my plant. Dirt water overflowed on the new carpet. Capture took the stain out. I did it again the following week. Capture took the stain out. I used it in the front entrance of my church where people come in. Someone dropped their coffee, and it splatted all over the dusty rose colored carpet. It had been there for a couple of months. Originally used product from sears but sears is getting smaller and was happy to find product available at LOWES.

Easy carpet cleaning

Saw it at Lowes, bought it, used it, great job. Very easy to use and easy clean up with the vacuum cleaner. Found that it goes quite far if you follow directions and don't put it down as heavy as I did.

I wish I had had as positive an experience as everyone else. Tested a high traffic heavily stained rug and a low traffic area that only had one small dime sized stain. Did the pretreatment spray as directed, followed by brushing this into the carpet as directed. Left on for the specified about of time then vacuumed with my shark vacuum. No discernible difference to either area (I had left a patch of the same level of stain next to the “cleaned” area - you couldn’t tell any difference). Spouse wa...
