I replaced a older damaged Calphalon 10in slick pan. the bonus is, I now have 2 8in pans. So far the new surface is wonderful. I cook 2-3 times a day and love the durability of Calphalon.

Seriously the Best

I had to order another one of these pans after getting the 12-inch version. After years of being disappointed with other nonstick pans that don't stay nonstick, it's such a relief to have finally found one that I won't have to throw away in a few months. There are plenty of beautiful ceramic pans that seem like they'd have great lasting nonstick, but in my experience, that always wears out in no time.
