Residue from the coating?
Some sort of dark residue seems to come off the pan. We boiled water in the pan and it came out cloudy. There may be some innocent explanation, but we will not be using our new pan for fear of what we may be exposing ourselves to. We can get no hint of what is in the mineral coating.

Small but mighty!
Would RecommendLove the size of these two pans. Not too big or heavy. Chose the Premier over the regular hard anodized because of the metal utensil use. These pans will mainly cook eggs. I love a metal spatula. Very pleased with my purchase.

Nice pan. As advertised
Would RecommendForgot about oil or butter. This is a great non-stick pan as long as you preheat to cooking temp. Says it's metal utensil safe but I'd stick with plastic. Cleans up so nice and easy.
