Timeless elegance with modern features

This is a beautiful toaster with retro elegance and black/copper design enhances any kitchen decor. It has many modern features and works with bread, bagels and waffles. What more could you ask for? I've only had the toaster for a few weeks but the performance is very good and the results seem consistent. Hopefully it works this well for years to come.

Great Features and design

Finally found a great toaster!

Here’s a case of “You get what you pay for”. I wasn’t happy with the toasters I bought in a department store. I finally found one that’s attractive and a keeper. My only complaint is that I thought I had to buy the crumb tray separately. I thought it was odd that the toaster wouldn’t come with one. It did. Don’t buy the tray alone.

Love Cafe brand!

I have used this toaster only a few times since delivery in July 15, 2025. I like that it has several options (bagel, express finish, reheat, frozen), although I have yet to explore them. It has a crumb tray which is a bonus! So far, I have had no issues with it. Love the white color!

Died 13 months, worthless now, avoid this toaster

I think this toaster is overpriced and terrible quality since it made it just barely over the warranty, I'm not going to even try to get GE to do anything because they never do, buyer beware!

Love how it matches my Cafe appliances!

I have the Cafe fridge, microwave and stove which I love and wanted a new toaster to match it and my old toaster was not doing its job. I have only used this one a few times but it works great so far. I have tried an English muffin and regular bread and it toasts perfectly. It will take some time to get the correct adjustments but I will experiment. It does look fetching sitting on the counter next to the appliances....that is all important!

Beautifully designed and works great!

This is our favorite toaster yet! It looks pretty on our counter and toasts to perfection! It’s easy to use and nicely fits large slices of bread and wide bagels!

Nice appearance

Perfection every time!

I absolutely love this toaster, I swear it has a brain and memory. Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful. My toast, and bagel turn out perfect every time. My Portuguese sweetbread is a delight toasted as well. Truly worth every dollar!!!

Cafe Toaster

If I Could give it 10 stars I would. It works on big NY bagels even if they are frozen. I’ve used it for frozen food! It is a workhorse like all my other CAFE PRODUCTS!

Best Toaster Ever!

So before I purchased I thought to myself, “there can’t be a big difference between toasters, right?!” Well, there truly is! I’ve been using cheap toasters my entire life and after using this one I’ll never turn back. A nice investment for one of life’s simplest pleasures.

Letter cafe can be peeled up easily

I love the design features but quality is poor . Name cafe on toaster was peeled letter E is not there in my toaster.

Great Toaster

Love the toaster. And the express finish button is great! So easy to keep clean with the pop out crumb tray.

Beautiful toaster that is also functional and easy

This is a beautiful toaster, however I wish the copper trim was a champagne bronze or soft gold instead. That being said, the trim is discreet and doesn’t stand out. The soft matte white finish is so much better than a shiny white. It’s simple to operate and has a fun light that comes on when turning the dial. It’s bigger than my 20 year old toaster but it seems like most toasters now are about this same size.

Disappointed

This is the worst & most expensive toaster I have ever had. Nothing but issues with the toaster knob not working. I’ve had the toaster about 4 months. Going to take back to the store & see if I can get some help. Love the design, but materials are cheap & disappointed in this product. Bought to go with my Cafe stove(which I love!).

Nicest toaster possible

Excellent design and performance. Highly recommend to match the rest of your GE Cafe kitchen

Matching colors and trim

The product matches my Cafe stove and Cafe coffee maker but is really quite bulky. I’ve made toast in it once, so far, and do not have the settings quite right as the toast was not browned.

Toaster

I love the overall design and look of this toaster. It goes well with my cafe’ appliances. I’m so pleased that this toaster is replacing my old worn out toaster. Thanks GE for coming up with such a great idea!
