I received this toaster (in stainless steel) as a gift and I could not be happier. This toaster has beautiful clean lines and as such can be left out on the counter to add to the beauty of my kitchen. So many of the small appliances are extremely light weight, however, this toaster weighs 8 lbs. so you do not have to worry that it will fly across the counter at the slightest touch.
