This Cafe espresso machine is wonderful. We love it so much that we take it with us when we travel. It’s become essential. Our whole family has come to expect cappuccinos and lattes when they come to our home, and we are happy to make them!

I am pretty happy with my purchase. Cleaning the frother is a bit tricky but overall the coffee machine performs well.

My new addiction

[Employee of cafe_appliances] I've gone from a pot of coffee to having Americano's daily. Such a great shift in functionality and taste. Being able to customize all the settings of each type of "brew" is a great upgrade. You can tinker and get the taste just how you want. Cleaning is easy. It looks and feels solid.

Favorite Countertop Appliance!

Excellent espresso machine. Have owned it for more than 2 years and use it almost daily. Well built and very easy to use. It makes a great shot of espresso (with crema) or other custom coffee drink every time. My favorite and most used countertop appliance.

Love the design and customization through the app

I have used my espresso machine for several months now and I absolutely love it. The flavor of coffee is always consistent. I have learned to adjust settings on the app to adjust flavor depending on what kind of beans you use. The system did glitch on me once where the buttons didn’t work, but when I just unplugged and plugged back in everything was back to normal. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again, but other than that, I’ve had no issues with using the machine or maintaining it. I love ...

Excellent fresh ground morning coffee

I’ve had my cafe a couple of years now and use it every morning. It’s easy to use and the coffee tastes great. Both the daily cleaning and descale process are simple. I got the white to match my kitchen, but the black is stunning.

The only Espresso Machine you will ever need

It’s so easy to use and looks fantastic on the countertop. Cleaning and caring for it are also incredibly simple. The only issue I’ve encountered is that when the descale indicator comes on, it doesn’t turn off after I complete the descaling process. This has happened twice with two separate machines, but it’s not a major problem. Overall, I don’t think I would ever own another espresso machine. Waste a lot of coffee. Unused grounds constantly in base of unit. Coffee quality not that good. But it does look good.

Loved but Didn't Last!

I loved this espresso machine. It looked good, it was not too big on my counter. It was easy to clean. However it only lasted eight months before it stopped working. The company does not sell parts or do repairs. If I was able to have it repaired at a reasonable cost, I would have preferred that option. I would not buy another one for those reasons.

Bea and no mess

I absolutely love, love this machine. It makes a great cup and there is virtually NO mess. My son had one and I fell in love with it. I remodeled my kitchen and he and his brother bought one for me. I couldn't be happier with it.
