Do not recommend - self cleaning doesn’t work

I had to get a replacement unit because the automated descaling process didn’t work. Well, now with my replacement unit, it still doesn’t descale properly. Strictly based on that, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s no way to clean the machine without descaling.

Great Espresso Machine but Limited Lifespan

I've been using the Café Affetto Automatic Espresso Machine for some time now, and while it produces excellent espresso, I've encountered some frustrating issues with error messages. For instance, it often displays "add water" even after I've refilled the tank, or it continues to prompt me to add or stir beans despite having just refilled the container. These recurring errors have been disappointing, especially considering I've only owned the machine for less than four months.

Great Crema and foam with the steamer

[Employee of cafe_appliances] Amazing product with an amazing crema. I love the grinder and the way you can refine the beans. This machine have saved me a lot of money already by reducing my outside purchase and no longer needing to purchase pods.

Three different machines no coffee

This is the third machine. The first made one cup of coffee, then made no more. The second machine had a slightly different grinder position, made coffee for a week, then the tray would not go back into the machine and it was returned. The third one keeps saying the water tank needs to be refilled, but it makes hot water with no problem, it just won’t make coffee.

Defective

Will not dispense water or coffee, keeps flashing add water even though tank full and when I press hot water it just makes a loud noise and no water comes out

Barista at home

I have had my new automated expresso machine for about 1 month now. I enjoy everything about this machine. I no longer enjoy any coffee from coffe shops. Nothing compares to my cup of coffee that I can make at home using this expresso machine. Love its festures and the variety of coffe I can make with this machine.

Good taste, easy to operate. The only point is that takes a bit much to warm up.

I have 12 bags of predround exprwesso coffee that I may toss. It pales in comparison to what the new expresso machine makes.

Quit making coffee after making hot water ?!?!

I loved this machine UNTIL this morning after I made some hot water - it will no longer make coffee ONLY dispense hot water now? I’ve tried unplugging it over and over again I guess I’ll have to call support again - I just purchased this at Christmas Didn’t last long 🙁 I’ll update everyone once I call & hopefully find a solution

Love love love this machine! I got it for Christmas and my daughter and I have been enjoying perfect lattes ever since! It’s easy to maintain and does all the work for you! Highly recommend!

Awesome machine!

I love this machine! The one touch americano pulls a perfect shot and water for a perfect cup. Amounts and temperature are adjustable through the app along with tons of other drink options. This machine is better than my old jura z5 and my phillips super automatic.

Part went bad in less than a year

Bought this coffee machine less than a year ago. One day i was cleaning the coffee dispenser and the white plastic part turned and i couldn’t put the dispenser back. Now my coffee machine is useless…

This Machine is Too Easy!

This coffee maker is the best way to get perfectly brewed espresso shots. It's super easy to set up/use so anyone can get to making espressos, americanos, and lattes right away!

It is all I dreamed about: ease of use, easy to clean and fabulous coffee and espresso! The oat milk that I’m using for my latte is foaming perfectly. Great buy!
