Quit working after 90 days. Zero support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee was fine while it lasted, but it only lasted 3 months before it quit working. There is no error message, I fill it, start it, and it just sits there and makes no coffee. The manual directs you to the care section of the website. The care section of the website is a pdf of the manual sending you to the website. In other words, they provide as much care as coffee — exactly zero.

Poor quality materials

I've had this coffee maker for 2.5 years and the areas that have metallic finish are all peeling off and look terrible. It makes great coffee but the materials should last longer that. I have taken very good care of and only ever wash it by hand with non-abrasive cleaner, so I'm disappointed in the quality and would not purchase again.

Looks pretty, but breaks quickly!

I love the way this coffee pot looks on my counter and it makes a great cup of coffee, for about 2-3 weeks before it breaks. I'm on my 2nd one, after much jumping through hoops to get a replacement, and this new one has already broken, too. They are poorly made and very fickle, and this is coming from someone who has had multiple Cuisinart coffee pots that have lasted 5-10 years each.

Good coffee-terrible finish work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plating chipping from coffee pot and bezel under grind basket. My mother in law has same unit and the chipped plating cut her hand. Make good coffee but after 8 months it looks 20 years old.

Lukewarm coffee

I hate this machine! I had it replaced once because the coffee comes out lukewarm and the new one did the same! I couldn’t imagine it was going to happen again so I threw out the box and now I’m stuck with it!

Beautiful coffee pot

Pro's and cons, both sides

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro's It's a nice looking coffee pot, easy to fill the water, I like the settings to be able to brew different pot sizes and different temperatures. I just learned how much coffee flavor can be increased by brewing different roasts at different temperatures. Fairly easy to connect to the wi-fi app and use that. Con's , It broke within 4 months, and then took 5 weeks, 5 phone calls, talking to 11 different people in 4 departments, spending 92 ...

Pretty but not functioning

I can’t get the machine out of descale mode. I have looked online and followed all suggestions to no avail. This is frustrating.

Good Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Cafe coffeemaker in stainless steel and it is a really pretty addition to our kitchen. The coffee tastes good and is very hot. It is relatively easy to clean. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Poor quality after two short years

I have had this coffee make for TWO years. It matched my matte black appliances that I also purchased TWO yrs ago. The coffee make filter is ripped, the handle is peeling and paint is flaking off, there is a crack in the base. The carafe is also flaking and peeling. This product is suppose to be high end and it’s not! I am so disappointed in this, my range that has to be repaired and my microwave is ALSO peeling and flaking in the handle !!!! I am so disappointed in the brand Cafe

High quality

Operates well

Was very happy with this coffee maker until about 5 months later. The stains have been difficult to get rid of. It’s a beautiful “white” until you see stains on the coffee pot and other parts. Not happy about that. Thats why i gave 3 stars. Nothing can clean or remove ugly stains. You never know til you buy. Very disappointed in such high end appliance company.

Maker itself, good. Coffee pot? Sucks.

So, I’ve had this now for about 2 years. Here is my honest review. I REALLY like the coffee maker. Not love though. lol. The carafe on the other hand SUCKS. The materials used to make this “pretty” are so subpar it’s ridiculous. I hand washed all parts and the handle STILL started chipping in under 6 months. It’s so bad now that I have to be careful how I pick it up because things (pieces of metal?) are starting to stick out. AND… to top that off, things are even chipping in-between where the co...

looks good

Doesn’t make great coffee but is pretty

Almost gave it three stars just for the look, but that’s not why anyone buys a coffee machine. We buy coffee machines to make coffee. This coffee machine brews too quickly and the coffee is weak. We are also on our second machine. Our first one stopped working two months into having it. Unfortunately, we were told our warranty doesn’t start over…for a new product… Our first machine also didn’t get very hot. This new one seems to get hot.

Great coffee

Love it! App doesn’t connect to it after trying 6 times. Delicious coffee!

Great features

I like the coffee pot a lot. I picked it because it was white and I changed everything in my kitchen, so I looked at this one watched some reviews. Some people liked it. Something didn’t the only thing that I didn’t like about it is that it doesn’t get the coffee very hot. I turned it up all the way and it is not very hot at all so that’s the downfall it needs to be hotter. I shouldn’t have to heat it up in the microwave. Other than that I love all the features.

Reservoir Cleaning

No way to clean the reservoir. Stays wet and constantly builds up mold and mildew

Continuing Problems + Terrible Warrant Policy

In September 2024 I received a replacement of the same model after complaining of design flaws that caused the coffeemaker's basket to overflow every time I brewed coffee. It caused bitter tasting coffee, and requiring extensive cleaning of the basket, heat pad and stationary parts of the coffee maker, as well as my counter top on many occasions. Additionally, the screw-on lid to the carafe was very tight and very difficult to turn to remove or lock in. I was required to send photos and video...
