We got this one because we already had a craftsman garage door opener, but even though we followed directions, we couldn't get it to work until we got desparate and did our thing. We do this stuff a lot on our rentals, so we were able to figure ot out, even though the directions were wrong.

Would Not RecommendTried to pair with a purple (315) learn button from 2012. Works twice after programming then quits. Craftsman customer service no help, referred me to chamberlain. Now their customer service rep was amazing. After an hour and a half of trouble shooting we went into the unit and cleared all the codes and reprogrammed both the old and new keypads Funny thing is the old keypad works like a charm and the new one still gives me 2 shots. I did get my 5000 steps in going up and down the ladder. So...

Would RecommendWorks well and really easy to install and program. However, the product I had was missing a screw that seems really unique to the project so the battery and entire back was unable to stay on. I had to use duct tape to keep it closed. Still works well!
