Got this radio for just outdoor tasks but I think I addicted to using it inside the house and at work. Great radio. The only two cons to this radio is the weight for the what seems to be a simple build of a radio and the storage compartment in the middle.

Good Job Site Radio

This Radio seems to have great sound Quality and it seems durable Only issue is you have to download a apk app if you want to use the Craftsman app with it sine google playstore does not have the craftsman app on it

Got this as a free tool. Bluetooth radio works great and usb charger keeps my phone charged while I'm working on the trucks. Nice that its part of Versastack too.

Great Radio

Great radio, good sound, syncs up to Bluetooth just fine, however disappointed there is no app for Android users per what it says on the box. Buttons are easy to press, backlight is easy on the eyes.

Awesome but not perfect

I purchased this radio 2 or 3 days ago and I am actually pretty impressed. The sound is great, the bass bumps, love the display, and the fact that it charges the battery. My main complaint for this radio is the bluetooth connection dropping and the versastack app not updating the firmware of the radio. Hopefully craftsman comes up with a fix for this. But overall, for $199, I love it and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Could be good if redesigned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bluetooth is very finicky and goes in and out aot, especially if your phone gets a notification. Doesn't last very long on battery power.

Definitely Worth it

I wanted some rugged, water resistant speakers for camping. One of the first selling points for this was that it used batteries and charger that I already had for my drill. Then i read the positive reviews. Also, there happened to be a sale on this and the larger Ah Batteries so that sealed the deal. It fills up a room, back deck or campsite with good sound. The bass is very good, kinda surprised me, actually.

Obnoxious Bluetooth issue kills it

I don't know if I have a lemon unit or what, but I am constantly fighting this thing to just simply stay connected to Bluetooth and continue to play my music from my phone or computer. It randomly will disconnect forcing me to reconnect via phone, so I can't ever just "set and forget" it with a playlist. It still shows my device on the screen as connected, so I don't understand why it happens, but it never automatically reestablishes connection. I have to stop what I'm doing and reconnect with...

Outdoor night time radio.

We just put a Movie screen on the side of my performing arts center. So we now have a Drive-In movie theater, I was tired of listening to the movies thru a cheap radio. I already had 3 Craftsman 20vdc tools with batteries. So the decision was made, the first movie was an Action Adventure. Lots of explosions and stuff, the radio was perfect for this. I'm glad I bought it.

Sun issues

No way would I buy another for outside use the sun will ruin the touch part of the screen quit working and randomly pushing buttons so I punched the screen bc I lost the receipt for the warranty it's not even a yr old

Deceptive

This does not come with a battery even though the Craftsman Rep that answered that question says it does in the Questions and Answers section. Also the specs say it lasts 8 hours, implying that it comes with a battery. Sound quality is pretty good though.

Sounds great charges or runs off v20 batteries. Radio and Bluetooth. Super useful
