Bluetooth keeps disconnecting on high volume I have to lower volume in order to stay connected Which makes this useless at jobsites Its good for home use

After a year of light use touch buttons stopped working

Multiple issues

I purchased this radio 10/27/20 and the screen already stopped rotating and my A/C adapter has already broken so now it's just an expensive battery powered radio with no charging capabilities.

Mids and tweets go in and out

Owned less than one year and the 4 speakers come in and out leaving you with just a rumbling subwoofer. Does this in all input modes. Now I’m stuck with a well constructed, rugged, overpriced, oversized phone/battery charger. Very disappointed especially reading other reviews on how flakey the electronics side of this is performing.

Bluetooth Issues

I received this tuis for Christmas 2021 from my. I was looking forward to using it in my garage while I worked on projects over the summer. The challenge with is the Bluetooth fade in and out so bad at time you only hear every other word of the song. When it works it sounds great. When it doesn’t its very frustrating.

Perfect, for a little while.

So I thought this was an amazing speaker, I bought this speaker for my dad for Christmas and he's a craftsman guy, all of his tools, and equipment such as toolboxes etc are craftsman. He loves music while he’s working on projects, so i thought what would be more perfect? He loved this thing from the moment he opened his gift, unfortunately it stopped connecting to bluetooth. The radio works perfect but the bluetooth simply will not stay connected. Other than that it seemed amazing, amazing sound...

stops playing music

when raido is on at first sounds good but after a while it stops playing music but is still on. a sound comes from it that sounds like a drum. was bought as a gift so I have no proof of purchase and store won't do anything

What’s great radio. Amazing sound ready hook up charger for the phone all great. Till. That stupid to latch breaks. But worse the touch buttons start keeping their own rhythm. But I will say Lowes return policy is great. Any issues returned no issues. If craftsman updated the design just a little what a great product it could be.

Impressive! Great full-bodied, and clear sound!

Barely distorts whatsoever at full volume! The 3-BAND (B-M-T type lol) EQ actually has great feedback. It does allow USB to charge your phone on 20v power, or you can charge both a 20v and use the usb port if you use the included AC plug. It also looks great! USB does not transfer audio, or data; only power. My iphone says it gets 1.5amps from the USB port on 20v power, and 2.1 when plugged to the wall. I also believe it charges 20v batteries @ 2.0 amp based on comparing it to my OG charger rate...

Radio died with 30 days of use

Radio has good sound, easy to interface with Bluetooth but it died with 30 days of use. Received this as a gift during Christmas - no information in the manual when the system will not power up.

Great sound, base has some good thump to it, and it charges batteries also.
