Not What I Thought

Wheels don't go over grass, uneven surfaces or up a step very well and the locking mechanism doesn't always stay locked between boxes. I was working on my driveway when a sudden rain burst came and I had to quickly move into the garage. The stacking lock mechanism came undone and dumped all contents on the driveway (in the rain!) Decent bulk storage box for larger tools

This is a roomy, easy to drag around tool storage box. I'm glad I got it on sale, though, as I would have expected a more substantial build at the retail price. The plastic is just thick enough to prevent flex when full, but with more than 15-20 pounds of gear loaded the drag handle starts to flex a good bit. It's a convenient box for storing hauling larger items, but don't expect to do much with the little drawer thing at the top...if you put anything in it (screws, hand tools, etc) they just f...

Needs a redesign!!

The box itself is great but the day after I bought it the plastic that clips to the metal loop to hold the handle in place snapped making the box useless. This really needs a different design. If that piece didn’t break, 5 stars all day long.

Plastic breaks really easy

Good looking tool box, but they need to redesign the handle that connects to the box, the plastic that latches to the metal piece breaks really easy, mine broke just 3 days after I bought it,

Perfect size but the handle quality is junk. First time using ,the plastic latch that attaches the handle to the tool box snapped. Will be returning this tomorrow for a refund and going with a different option. Very disappointed with craftsman quality

flimsy

can't pull it on Grass the bottom of the handle scrapes on the ground. handle strap hinge broke off.

You can create a mobile tower.

I like the ease of movement over rough ground, would be happier if the lid opened without interference from the drag handle. The locking of sections is easy to use and very secure, fantastic to be able to move the sections as you need them.

Terrible handle design

I purchased this to bring my tools from my truck to the jobsite. The box does not roll on uneven ground, the handle mount is too low. When I went to pull it up the curb the catch for the tilt on the handle broke. It made it a total of 5 minutes on the job. It is a terrible design for the handle.

Handle vulnerability.

The handle has built in vulnerabilities that will lead to failure. the plastic "catch clasp" is going to break. The handle would be better designed if it were internal. I returned the product after a five day trial period.

Great for Gun Shows!

I have been using plastic milk crates to carry my supplies, guns for sale, and ammo to gunshows. The time to set up has been cut from 30 minutes to 10 minutes with this toolbox system. Here is how to lock the rear lever

A simple guide would have been awesome. Because I too broke the plastic lever. See attached picture. To lock the lever properly open the box.
