I didn’t like the fact that someone else is using it!! Since my card was compromised and used to make 2 purchases Online and then picked up at a store, in a state I’ve never been to, by someone I don’t know! They found it very easy to change the pickup name and get the item with no hassle! That needs to change!

Okay but quite expensive
Would RecommendPretty expensive for the box,if the latches are not latched they can fall off. Craftsman stated they were looking into the problem but it's been a year or so now no fix or updates. I believe Craftsman will replace them due to that problem. Also this box is so small it should have movable walls inside of two section it off.

Terrible Packaging
We order many of these toolboxes. On occasion your warehouse packages them poorly. This shipment was the worst. Three boxes came in scratched so bad they look very used. The packaging has been suspect, but this time it is terrible.
