Would RecommendI have been very happy with this kit. The drill is very powerful, and the saw is very capable. I use these for all sorts of DIY projects, and nothing has come up were if feel this can't do the job. Would definitely recommend for a startup gift for someone.

Would RecommendLet's face it, this is a drill and saw that's made for light duty, around the house type of small jobs. Both are great for those things at a great price and even comes with 2 1.5ah batteries. I purchased it mainly for the saw to do quick jobs and it has worked out perfectly. Sure it has it's limits, but for anything beyond, I just use my corded saw. Personally I love it and highly recommend it.
