Not happy with customer service don't know if the whole box doesn't work or just the batteries and charger. Would be a great item if things worked.

Bad battery upon arrival. Tools seem good so far.

Good sale price for saw, drill and two batteries with charger. The kit was old stock, batteries are marked 2020, 4 year old batteries. One didn't charge, no response on the charger. I tried Craftsman customer service, they said to return to Lowe's. I tried a "jump start" it. Positive to positive and negative to negative wired to the good battery. This brought voltage high enough to let the charger recognize it and it is charging as I type!.

Works great except a minor flaw

I got it yesterday and decided to put a note for buyers. The tools did well for what I needed as DIY/homeowner. Cut a straight line with no problem. Drill a bunch of holes and drive screws like butter. The only problem I have is installing the blade. I'm not sure why the design of the lower guard so absurd, which didn't account for the clearance of the blade installation. You have to bend and flex the edge of the lower guard just to make room for the blade to fit into the arbor. My concern is t...

Was NOT Delivered

Have had nothing but problems with this. Was "on the truck for delivery" for 18 days. Lowes re-ordered, and then cancelled by Lowes, because I apparently did not authorize delay - although you can't authorize a delay until the item is identified in stock. Then re-odered, but on "back order" even though you can go online and put the item in the cart. Four times on the phone with Lowes service. Two times online with a live person on chat. Now, today, I get a "delivered" notice. Where ...

drill forward and reverse button was loose making the drill non operative. will be taking the whole package back. best to go in person to buy.

Not comfortable

I was excited when I saw this set on sale. The instructions to put the saw together are so small and difficult to read. The drill didn’t have enough torque. My had started to hurt after a while. I took the set back.

One Battery is out

It is a good combo package but it is possible that battery is out already. Used this product lightly (for furniture) for 10 times in last 1 year and 1 battery is already out.

Improved battery life

This is a newer version of tools I have made great use of. I think the battery lasts a little better with this saw, which is a definite win. Very happy with these

heck yeah

I have a bunch of "M" brand tools but these are welcome in my garage as well. They have more power than I expected and are lightweight. Used them to install 2x6 treated lumber on a utility trailer. Saw cut great and drill sank 3 inch screws through the lumber and into the metal frame with gusto! The fast charger topped off batteries in about 30 min each. Nice combo!
