Received a delivery from Lowes a month ago. 3 items weren't in stock. now on JANUARY 13th they delivered 1 of the remaining 3 items and marked my order as fully delivered. crazy. Have you tried calling Lowes ion Kona? Good luck if you even get to speak to anyone who is willing to help. It's sad story
