Would RecommendThis is the perfect socket holder for a small time auto guy. I had my tools, etc mounted on a wall. Thought was a good idea and it looked great. It didn’t work well because I had to keep get up until I found the right socket. With this, I bring the holder down and have everything right at hand. I and going to buy another one for my metric sockets

Would RecommendThere aren't enough 1/4" and 3/8" mounts for the home mechanic and I doubt a mechanic using mostly 1/2" drive tools would use this unit. Still, it is a handy way to store a lot of sockets.

Would Not RecommendThese are great. I have two of them. They keep my sockets in order and they form a tight fit so that I can pick up the whole tray with all the sockets attached and carry it over to wherever I'm working on my project. The only drawback is that the sizing of the squares isn't something you can really customize. I haven't found any "replacement" squares that I can buy to, for example, have more 3/8" drive sockets than 1/2" drive sockets. To get around this issue, I just bought 2 of them, and use on...
