Would Not RecommendMy 20 year old 1/4" Craftsman ratchet was worn out and needed replacing. I luv this chrome ratchet - it's much nicer than the one I replaced. The reversing switch and the quick release button work really smooth!

warranty not respected, but got my replacement.
Would RecommendI had an older craftsman 3/8 drive that finally wore out. I went to lowes as craftsman has lifetime free replacement with no questions asked. Lowes did not want to honor this as the part numbers did not match. Numbers change after 20 years, duh. Apparently they're confused on Craftsman warranties.
Beware of ordering online.
