Disappointed

The light has good lightings but have been trying to find charger for it and it take to long to charge it if it had it on quick charger it would be great I have another led battery light. The battery got very costly.that is why bought this

Cheap plastic hinge broke

Great light output, comfortable, long lasting. The cheap plastic hinge broke so it will no longer stay in the proper position to be useful. All the good is worthless if you cannot get the light to point to where you need to see...

Stopped charging! See all the other reviews

As you can see, there are many others who bought this, absolutely loved it (I still use craftsman tools I learned on from my Father 40 years ago), then it just stopped charging. Very sad and unexpected

Disappointing Craftsman Headlamp

I would not recommend the Craftsman Rechargeable Headlamp! Craftsman definitely did not make the mark on this one compared to their other products It quit working after 3 charges. Not worth what I paid at Lowe's,

Light features for simple nothing complicated

Definitely a great light from Craftsman. Rechargeable battery is the best part.

Quit charging

It quit taking a charge after 1 month which is very unfortunate considering how much I did like the headlamp. Its a shame considering it looks brand new.

Great if you don’t like having light.

The Craftsman 500 lumin light took one full charge, then promptly failed. It never shows a full charge even after charging for 3 days straight. Light does turn on for a few minutes but quickly fails. The small charge it takes doesn’t last long even if not used. Unfortunately, I through away the packaging so doubt Lowes will accept a return.. (?) Do not recommend (other reviews concur)

not terrible, but not good enough

Impressive brightness, disappointing battery. It takes 3 hours to charge, which only yields about 2 hours of runtime on full power. That means I would need 3 of these to make it through one full 12 hour night shift unless I wanna be in the dark for a while. Didn't know until after I bought it that charging takes forever. I like the build quality and the features of the light itself, but the runtime and charging time are a deal breaker. Honestly, I thought maybe I had a bad charging block, but no...

NOT Craftsman Worthy

Craftsman needs to watch who they partner with. Only used a few times and small plastic back that allows lamp to be tilted cracked and now lamp won't stay in upright position. Not interested in warranty, just wanted to purchase replacement part and fix it myself. Was referred to their partner Baccus Global. Baccus Global is using the excuse of COVID for not being able to provide replacement parts.

I have 2 of these headlamps and neither one will charge. These are the worst headlamps I've ever owned or purchased. Will NOT recommend these to anyone!! Waste of money!!
