Compact and bright

Super bright!!

This is a very different "flashlight" than I'm used to! The shape makes it easy to put down to do some work or even hang. It is lightweight but doesn't feel cheesy, and the nonslip edges make it feel solid when you put it down. Most of all, this thing is BRIGHT!!! Great little light.

The handle/stand makes it easier to maneuver and fit your needs. I was big on using headlamps until I got this. Now I get more lumens and can move it where I need with ease. It’s worth the buy!

Lightweight, Bright and Handy

I like this light. I wasn't really sure how handy it would be as it is a different shape and size to any other light I have owned. As soon as I opened the packaging and turned it on, I was convinced. WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM CRAFTSMAN

This is a well built flashlight very very bright on the high setting plus a lower setting and a flash setting which would be nice for your car in an emergency. It has an adjustable stand built in that is very useful. The only thing that would be nice to have on it is a magnet. As with all Craftsman products its a great flashlight.

Bright Light in a Small, Tough Package

I'm a huge fan of this light, as a 500-lumen LED it does a great job lighting the place up. 3 settings for the light: high, low, and low flashing. I would prefer it if there was a separate button to turn on the low light or the flashing rather than having to cycle through all three to turn off the light, but that is just personal opinion. Portable light

Great little portable unit. Plenty of light up close for under a cabinet or other space. Made great emergency lighting as well

Works well, very compact.

This light is really bright for it's size. I would recommend it for things like plumbing under sinks. This will not light up a room, but it will light up a smaller area very well. Stand has rubber feet to keep it stable while propped up. Looking at the light is hard on your eyes. It has a white light flash mode that might work as a distress signal.

Very bright and handy

This portable light is very bright, so don’t look directly at it. The handle flips down to support the light, so you don’t need someone to hold it for you. Very well made, not heavy or bulky. Love it!

Very Bright

This light was very bright and lit the area well. Not sure how long you can use it before batteries need replaced as I haven’t used it long/often enough to replace them yet.

Very good light for emergency repair.

Battery life is pretty good for the amount of light, it is very bright. And lasts for a couple hours.

Rugged Work Light

This is a great portable work light from Craftsman. It's small in size but very bright. It's hard plastic/rubber exterior seems like it will stand up to some abuse. An adjustable bracket on the back works as a kickstand or gives to the option to use as a carry handle or hanger. It would be nice to have a magnet on the back for additional mounting options. I'd recommend picking up a few to keep on your workbench/in your car/with your camping gear/etc.

Awesome little light

I’m very impressed with this light. The light has a nice flood pattern to it. Lit up over half my backyard. It is light weight due to is rigid plastic construction. And for bumps and falls it had rubberized corners to protect the shell. Has a multi position kick stand so you can angle it to shine anywhere. Wish I had this light when I worked construction because its compact size it would be easy to fit in a tool bag or a tool belt pouch.

Extremely impressed and satisfied with this light

This light is very versatile and bright!!! I wasn’t expecting much from this light but found it to be blinding bright. It has a handle on the back that can extend and set it to stand on it own to work or to hand somewhere and use where you need both of your hands. I absolutely am tickled with this LED light.

Excellent Work Light

This item is a small powerhouse of performance. It's roughly the size of an average paperback book, though it has some heft to it. It's not a lightweight item, it feels quite sturdy, but it is compact. The picture below was taken at night to show the range - it's got a great range on the light output. After less than a week, I've been able to use this in a variety of ways. It helped in wiring a home entertainment unit by providing light in a small dark area and not having to use my hands. I was able to place it and not worry about it rolling away like a flashlight would. This area light from Craftsman is one of those things you never realize you needed until you have it. Now I would never want to be without it. Very Impressive work light

Arrived in good packaging and includes the batteries. Brightest portable I've seen. Stand works well and the entire unit feels like professional quality. I used for drywall and painting and with the 2 brightness settings and wide angle it worked great. Cant wait to use for car repairs although without a magnet I may have to hang it by the handle. I recommend highly for home, work and the car. It even has a very bright flashing mode I assume is for emergency road warnings.

The Craftsman 500 lumens LED portable light is a must for any home improvement project.
