Would RecommendI bought this Jig saw after burning out my old one. What a difference! it's easy to load the blades, and they stay put. What I really like is the variable speed settings. It gave far more control than I ever had before. I'd buy it again.

Really like the speed control dial and the way it increases the speed. Cuts smooth and straight and is easy to turn for rounded edges. Very impressed with this one and it was a perfect addition to my tools.

Like it but don’t love it
Would RecommendI recommend this product with cautions attached. I like this one better than the first jigsaw I bought (several years ago and different brand). Seems like it cuts smoother. Having grown up around Craftsman tools, I have to say that I expected better quality because of the brand. I’m somewhat new to using tools like this but learning. From what I noticed, the shoe may look like it’s equal on both sides, but mine isn’t. Took me several cuts to figure out that my measurements were not the problem...
